Olayinka is a Senior Associate at our Prestigious Law firm, incharge of overseeing the Corporate and Commercial Sectors of the Law firm. She has 7 years of experience in Corporate and Commercial Law and has a Masters in this area (LL.M) from the University of Southampton, UK, alongside a B.L and an LL.B from Babcock University, Nigeria.
She also belongs to the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014. She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administration of Nigeria( ICSAN).
Praise Dada
Associate
Praise is one of the associates primarily assigned to the Commercial Sector of the Firm where she joins other team members in servicing the Firm’s real estate and Commercial clients across different sectors of the Nigerian business space.
She has advised on several Real Estate and Developmental Joint Ventures across metropolitan cities in Nigeria. She has a very amiable personality and displays excellence, competence, and professionalism in attending to a plethora of clients’ matters.
She is currently a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association, and an Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators. She also obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) from Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti, Bachelor of Laws and recently concluded her Nigerian Law School, obtaining her Legal Professional Certification (BL) and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019.
Asuefai Ezekiel Harcourt
Paralegal
Asuefai is a Paralegal at our prestigious Law Firm where she works for both the Commercial and Corporate Sectors of the firm. She has previously worked for 6 months as a Personal Injuries Paralegal, and with the Citizens Advice Bureau in Stoke-on-Trent, UK (Volunteer), and also as a Community Legal Companion in the Stoke-on-Trent County Court under the CLOCK initiative for Keele University.
She is very passionate about Legal research and Legal writing and this has driven her to obtain further qualifications in Law, alongside participating in activities that encourage research both legal and otherwise. Asuefai has a Master of Laws in International Commercial Law (LL.M) from the University of Birmingham, UK, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Keele University, UK.
